How it all works – step by step
Step 1: Book your presentation
Contact us and briefly describe your needs – where you live, what your sleep style is, what bothers you about your current mattress, what your weight is and your firmness preference. The more we know beforehand, the better we can select the mattresses we'll bring to you.
Step 2: We'll arrange a time
We'll adapt to your schedule. Weekday, weekend, morning, afternoon – we'll find a time that works for you.
Step 3: The advisor comes to you
At the agreed time, a Royal Comfort expert will arrive at your home with a selection of mattresses and a topper. We'll set everything up right on your bed and you'll try each one calmly and without rush.
Step 4: Try, compare, decide
You'll lie down on each mattress. The advisor will explain what you're feeling and why. They'll answer every question. There's no pressure, no time limit.
Step 5: If you buy – the presentation fee is deducted
Have you decided? Great. The service fee is fully deducted from your new mattress price. You pay only for the product, not for the journey to it.
