Product detailed description
Wagner headboard – elegance that wraps around the whole bed
Wagner is a generous upholstered headboard for continental beds. Its straight centre section sits entirely behind the bed bases, while the side wings, angled towards the bed, extend 37.5 cm beyond the bed on each side. The headboard frames the bed, creates a sense of privacy and gives comfortable support for reading or watching TV.
Design
- Capitonné tufting in 7 rows with finer, deeper-set buttons – on the centre section and both wings.
- Smooth, untufted band at the bottom, with a seam 25 cm above the floor.
- Smooth top and side edges with no piping or seams – the fabric is wrapped all the way to the back.
- Height 140 cm, thickness 10 cm; the wings are angled towards the bed (approx. 22°), projecting 20 cm from the wall.
- Wall-mounted, with a smoothly upholstered back.
- Choice of more than 300 upholstery fabrics. Shown in our luxury Palladium fabric in dark blue, light beige and medium grey.

More about Royal Comfort
Royal Comfort was founded in 2012 by Czech owners, and from the very beginning we have focused on one thing: helping you sleep well. We make luxury continental beds and high mattresses with pocket springs. We moved our production from Asia to the Czech Republic, which raised the quality of workmanship so much that we now give a 5-year warranty on our beds and mattresses.
The Royal Comfort sleep studio
We build a bed layer by layer, from the base up to the bed linen, and carry on into the bathroom. Our beds, mattresses, toppers, protectors, sheets, down pillows and duvets and bed linen are made in the Czech Republic; bathrobes and towels come under our own Royal Comfort brand.
Every bed is made to order. You choose the headboard, base, legs and one of our upholstery fabrics. We make non-standard sizes without limits. Our guide How to choose and assemble a continental bed will help you decide.
In the Czech Republic we also make toppers, mattress protectors, down pillows and duvets and bed linen. For high mattresses we offer fitted sheets for depths up to 45 cm. Our own brand also includes bathrobes and towels. The range is complemented by international brands: American mattresses by King Koil, down bedding from the German family company Mühldorfer, Swiss bed linen and textiles by Christian Fischbacher, and bathrobes and towels for your bathroom by King of Cotton.
We supply beds and mattresses to homes, premium residential projects and four- and five-star hotels. On request, we embroider initials or a hotel name on the mattress. We look after your bed for years to come: you will find professional servicing among our additional services.
You can try our beds and mattresses in our showrooms in Prague's Vinohrady district and in Hradec Králové. Compare mattress firmness side by side, and we will help you choose.
