Frequent questions
How long does the warranty last?
We offer a 5 year extended warranty on all Royal Comfort beds and mattresses. We offer a 2 year warranty on all other items.
What are the benefits of a single sided mattress?
Single-sided mattresses are less maintenance intensive compared to double-sided mattresses. The elements used inside a single-sided mattress are placed in a specific order, which makes it easier to achieve optimal body support.
Do all mattresses provide the right body support?
The Royal Comfort and King Koil mattresses have layers of filling over the support zone. These layers are the main factor that determines how "firm" a mattress feels to you. The support is provided by the spring core of the mattress. All of these mattresses provide the same level of body support - so you can choose the firmness of the mattress without worrying that a soft mattress, for example, means less support for your body.
How to clean our products properly?
Mattresses
All cleaning and maintenance should be dry cleaning (dry foam, vacuum cleaner). If the product is spilt with water, immediately place a piece of absorbent cloth or paper towel over the spilt area, or dry the area with a hairdryer (no hot air!). Do not dry in direct sunlight, with irons, hard brushes or carpet cleaners.
Towels
Each towel fabric should be handled with care. Do not use fabric softener for washing. This can adversely affect absorbency, making it difficult to dry after a bath or shower. If you really insist, use only a few drops.
Will my mattress develop a body print? What can I do about it?
Mattresses are made from natural materials and foam and fibre-based materials to adapt to the contours of your body. This relieves pressure points and gives you a better quality sleep. If you sleep in the same place every night, the materials will naturally adapt to your body. But if you rotate your mattress regularly, you can soften and delay the impact of this process.
Where can I place my mattress?
The mattress must not be placed on a slatted grid. You can place it on bed bases, boxsprings, solid plank grates (with a gap between the planks of up to 5 cm), solid boards or on the floor.
How to choose cotton products?
The density of a towel is judged according to the GSM unit of measurement - an abbreviation of the English term "Grams Per Square Metre", which translates as "grams per square metre". It indicates the density of the cotton from which the product is made. The higher the GSM, the more luxurious, softer, more absorbent and heavier the product will be. GSM values usually range from 300 to 1000 g/m2. The quality of this brand is further confirmed by the fact that they are ISO 9001 certified.
