Shipping and payment

The shopping system will select the appropriate shipping price depending on the payment method and the destination country.

Goods are sent to the destination / delivery address by the forwarding company Česká Pošta or Zásilkovna and atypical goods can be delivered and assembled by our own transport service Royal Comfort.

In exceptional cases, when part of the goods is not currently in stock, we will send the other goods and the missing ones in the nearest term, usually within a week at most. In this case, delivery will be consulted by telephone. Shipping prices vary according to the type of service, payment method, size and weight of the shipment. Prices include Czech VAT.

 

Czech Post - parcel to post
Delivery of the parcel to a Czech Post outlet, for personal collection for 7 days from the delivery of the parcel.

Delivery of the parcel to the dispatching point of Zásilkovna, for personal pick-up for 7 days from the delivery of the parcel.

Throughout the Czech Republic : 3 000,- CZK without VAT.
