Feather duvets are not just a relic from our grandmothers' time. Feathers have excellent thermal insulation properties, they wick excess moisture away from the body and, with proper care, they last a very long time. This is why feather blankets are becoming increasingly popular.
Goose down is considered to be the best quality. In our offer you will find high quality goose down duvets. Their surface material is made of special cotton, which is woven to prevent the feathers from crawling out.
Why feather pillows and duvets from our Royal Comfort brand?
The secret of the quality of our duvets and pillows lies in the special processing of the materials.
We put emphasis on the quality of the processing of feathers and down. We control every step of the processing of these natural materials.
By thorough washing and drying, we rid the feathers of all organic and possible mechanical impurities. Our materials meet the strictest hygiene standards while retaining their original natural properties.
The cover of the duvet or pillow itself is handmade from Cambric TC230 cotton, which does not pollute the environment.
The cotton is tested for harmful substances and its natural properties meet the strict "Eco-Tex Standard 100" standards, meaning it is suitable for babies.
The fabric contains a special hydrotransport system for significantly greater and faster moisture absorption and release, creating a healthy sleep environment for undisturbed rest.
All down pillows and duvets are anti-allergenic.
How to care for our down pillows and duvets?
Fluff: |
Shake your blankets daily. This will fluff up the filling and give the blankets their original shape. |
Air out: |
The absorbed body moisture must evaporate again. Never perform in foggy, humid or rainy weather. |
Do not leave in the sun: |
Direct sunlight interferes with the natural moisture of feathers and down, which is important for maintaining elasticity. |
Clean gently: |
Use a soft brush to remove fine dust if necessary. |
Do not tap: |
It can damage the duvet, disturb the feathers and adversely affect the fluffiness of the filling. |
Do not vacuum: |
Vacuuming will damage the fabric, the canvas will loosen, and the duvet will no longer be down-proof. Avoid anything that causes extra work! |
Washing: |
Hand the duvet over to a professional cleaner or wash in your own washing machine with a minimum of 7 kg of mild detergent at 60°C. |
Drying: |
In a tumble dryer with a minimum capacity of 7 kg. Take extra care not to overdry! Proper drying restores the feathers to their original fluffiness. If the duvet is not dried properly, fluff may form! Please follow the instructions on each product! |
