How does our loyalty programme work?
Our loyalty program offers two main lines of benefits to our registered customers: loyalty discounts based on the total volume of your purchases, and quantity discounts on larger orders. These benefits aren't random - they've been carefully tailored to reflect the unique needs of our customers and to encourage their interest in the superior products we offer.

Loyalty discounts for purchases made in the last 12 months:
As a registered customer, you receive benefits proportional to the volume of your purchases. We track your orders over the past 12 months and incorporate their value into your discount amount.
- If you have spent more than 50,000 CZK on our e-shop, you will receive a discount of 2.5%.
- If you spend more than 100,000 CZK, we reward you with a 5% discount.
- And the most loyal of you, who have exceeded a turnover of 200,000 CZK, get a nice discount of 7.5%.
This system ensures that your benefits accumulate and increase as your purchases grow. The more you spend with Royal Comfort, the more you save on future purchases.

Quantity discounts:
Because we understand that some customers are looking for larger quantities of a particular product - whether for renovations, large projects or gift-giving occasions - we have set up quantity discounts as well. These are appreciated by anyone who wants to buy larger volumes at better prices.
- When you buy more than 10 pieces of one product, you get a 2% discount.
- If your order includes more than 25 pieces, you'll get a 4% discount.

However, the total cumulative discount per order can reach a maximum of 10%. This ensures that our program policies remain fair and transparent for every customer.

Additional benefits and restrictions
Naturally, our loyalty programme covers a wide range of products including our luxury beds, mattresses or bedding, but there are some exceptions. Deeply discounted products from the Outlet, or complete continental beds on sale, are not eligible for loyalty discounts.

So you can get up to 35% off on new products along with seasonal promotions. This offers customers a great opportunity to bring luxury upgrades into their home at an unbeatable price.
